Bethesda, MD, 06/17/2021 - GSA's STARS III team has awarded TechLiberty Inc ( a 8(a) joint venture firm of TechSTARS JV LLC) with an 8(a) STARS III GWAC contract award. This is a 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resource for Services (STARS) III Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) - a/k/a “STARS III”, is a Multiple Award, Indefinite-delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (MA-IDIQ) contract to provide information technology (IT) services and IT services-based solutions which may include the integration of ancillary support which is necessary and integral to the IT services being acquired. STARS III Master Contract awards are reserved exclusively for Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a) prime contractors with competitive prices. The joint venture firms TechLiberty Inc and A&T Systems Inc provide all management, supervision, labor, facilities and materials necessary to perform all contract requirements specified in both the Master Contract and Orders. King of Prussia, PA, 12/04/2019 - A sub-contract between TechLiberty Inc and Actionet Inc has been signed on 12/4/2019 to support the agency Nuclear Regulatory Commision (NRC) Region I office. This is to modernize all the internal applications developed for the Region I office and TechLiberty wholly executing the project by applying the hybrid model of Water-fall and Agile methodologies.

Washington, DC, 11/01/2019 - A sub-contract between TechLiberty Inc and Adreas Inc has been signed on 11/1/2019 to support the agency Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC). This support involves the Benefit Calculations and Valuations (BCV) Modernization of Databases effort (DME) and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services.
